perk idea: Bomberman

it's a goofy ahh perk i know but hear me out it'll be funny as shit
so basically if you are holding a grenade (when you're holding click and the pin is pulled) you will actually move faster than normal speed
and it's funny because it rewards a funny ahh playstyle that no one ever dares to try and that is kamikazing opponents with your grenades
it will only apply to grenades like the normal frag and mirv tho as the others like mine or smoke or strobe don't work like that
oh yeah and also your own grenades won't kill you but will still damage you (like around 50-99 hp)
