say fkr example something has a 500 ms firerate but a 200 ms time i cant shoot it. if i switch tk the gun at 400 ms, itll shot at 600 ms. it will do this delay even if im not actively qsing or ocing.

no, you can but there isnt a time u cant shoot after you switch EXCEPT firerate.

so you didnt shoot before now, but you switch and instantly shoot. now, you can only shoot 500 ms after you shoot
